Responsibilities
- Perform daily sorting, packing, and shipping of merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift, pallet jack) with a valid certification.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus, OH location.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
