Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting to clients and internal teams.
- Manage and oversee complex IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software solutions and improve efficiency.
- Conduct daily system checks, security audits, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document technical processes, create user manuals, and provide ongoing training.
- Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-site walk-in interviews at our DC office.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
