Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems designed to withstand the demands of a 2026 data landscape.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and integrate them into the core product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Executive Leadership to prioritize initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to validate the viability of future tech solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects with a focus on scalability and future-proofing.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and predictive modeling frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
