Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations during peak service hours
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor inventory and ordering supplies
- Implement health and safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift team briefings
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality or customer service leadership
- Proven conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Valid Louisiana food handler's certificate
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Must be 21+ years old
