Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints within SLA targets
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction scores through active listening
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards during payment processing
- Participate in weekly performance improvement workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Type 40+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/weekdays)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if field visits required)
