- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for satisfaction and resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
