Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex product issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
