Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining positive brand representation
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times

Qualifications
