Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve client issues using multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat)
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if field visits required)
