Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications across phone, email, and chat platforms
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA standards
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure seamless customer journeys
- Contribute to team performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons
