Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for our proprietary software solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical engineering team to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
