Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal software systems.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.

Qualifications
