Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, ensuring high availability.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN), including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the deployment, setup, and configuration of new hardware and software for staff.
- Monitor system performance and security to prevent downtime or data breaches.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement best practices for IT governance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
