Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
- Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
