Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to technical specifications and quality standards
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections and report defects immediately

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
