Responsibilities
- Manage team of 15+ production staff, scheduling assignments and ensuring safety compliance
- Monitor workflow efficiency, implement process improvements, and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance department to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Track production metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions
- Train new hires and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with logistics for inventory management and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision or related leadership role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA certification and experience with safety protocols
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and production tracking software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Associates degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology preferred
