Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Author foresight reports on disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-integration)
- Design and implement future-proofing frameworks for organizational resilience
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level audiences
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple industries
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
