- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to conceptualize breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies through agile development cycles
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling ability
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-vision projects or trend forecasting work
