Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead a crack team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists through agile development of next-gen prototypes
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions to accelerate innovation cycles
- Secure $10M+ in funding through compelling pitches to venture capitalists and corporate innovation boards
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track market disruption metrics
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global summits
- Mentor emerging talent in innovation methodologies and future-tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven track record of scaling breakthrough products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, synthetic biology) with published thought leadership
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Deep network of connections in venture capital, Fortune 500 innovation labs, and research institutions
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
