- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab with 10+ technical specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products in AI or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies and trend analysis
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital circles
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management (PMP or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
