Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
- Support cloud-based applications and virtual environments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Cisco networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and travel between client sites
