Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a timely manner.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory to ensure security and accessibility.
- Deployment: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support Desk: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
