Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure and manage workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of server infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Available for immediate start.
