Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
- Perform system updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain system integrity.
- Assist with hardware inventory and procurement to ensure office supplies and equipment are up to date.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system for future reference.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
