Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity problems and basic server administration
- Create and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and cloud platforms
- Document all support tickets and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
