Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Manage and track IT help desk tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and ensure security protocols are being followed.
- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
