Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Deliver user training on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
