- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and mobile devices
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in the service desk system
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical escalations
- Conduct user training on new software and systems
- Monitor system performance and report potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
