Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and permissions across company systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in IT service management tools
- Assist with network maintenance and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware maintenance
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
