Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Perform routine system maintenance and perform backups as directed.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
