Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates across the organization.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Maintain a clean and organized server room and workspaces.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we provide sponsorship).
