In this role, you will be responsible for architecting the next generation of artificial intelligence systems. You won't just be maintaining the status quo; you will be building the foundational models and infrastructure required to solve humanity's most complex challenges by 2026.
What you will do:
- Design scalable AI architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 deployment window.
- Oversee the development of generative models and predictive analytics engines.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.
- Identify emerging trends in quantum computing and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate high-level 2026 visions into technical reality.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define the technical strategy and architecture for AI projects targeting the 2026 deployment window.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new technologies.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems and microservices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Certification in Cloud Architecture or AI/ML is a plus.
