Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technological roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning business objectives with emerging tech trends.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the deployment of advanced Generative AI models to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software architecture, or product strategy, with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with a deep understanding of Neural Networks and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends years before they become mainstream.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
