Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and futuristic trends.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide architectural decisions across the organization.
- Innovation Implementation: Prototype and integrate emerging technologies (Quantum-ready computing, Neural Interfaces) into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures for future-proof scalability.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
