- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Horizon Blueprint, identifying disruptive trends and market inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI/ML, robotics, and biotechnology teams
- Author strategic foresight briefings for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
- Present future scenarios at industry conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
