Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality 2D animation projects.
- Collaborate closely with the art direction team to ensure visual consistency.
- Oversee the technical workflow, including rigging, keyframing, and rendering.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Optimize animations for various web and mobile formats.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D animation techniques.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and easing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
