Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-fidelity 2D and 3D motion graphics for web, mobile applications, and large-scale advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to translate complex data and concepts into visually compelling motion experiences.
- Master 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and rendering pipelines using industry-standard software.
- Optimize render outputs and animations for maximum performance and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Conduct research on emerging visual trends and tools to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.
- Provide mentorship and creative direction to junior designers within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 3D motion graphics, animation, or visual effects.
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya, with advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles from photorealistic rendering to abstract motion design.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and managing project deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
