Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future workloads.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the development of proprietary Large Language Models and Neural Networks that will define our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Implement advanced optimization techniques to reduce inference costs and latency in real-time AI systems.
- Mentorship & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role within Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) into existing frameworks.
