Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement high-availability, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead the Horizon Initiative: Spearhead R&D projects focused on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) readiness and quantum-AI hybrid architectures.
- Optimize Neural Performance: Collaborate with hardware teams to maximize inference efficiency on next-gen TPUs and edge computing devices.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and fostering innovation within the AI research division.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and 5-year roadmap for our AI product suite, ensuring alignment with 2026 market trends.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive neural network weights and proprietary data models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Computational Neuroscience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role architecting large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to research and implement cutting-edge algorithms, specifically in Generative AI or Reinforcement Learning.
