Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, and leading large-scale engineering teams.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and influence senior stakeholders.
