Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Create and oversee the long-term architectural vision for AI systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design & Scalability: Design high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ethical AI & Compliance: Implement governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI usage and regulatory compliance.
- R&D Integration: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, advanced NLP) for future implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think several years ahead and define technical strategies for future years.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
