Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a long-term technology strategy for 2026, identifying emerging trends that will disrupt our industry.
- Innovation Implementation: Lead the pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards that ensure scalability, security, and future-proofing of our software products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on competitor technology stacks to maintain a competitive edge in the global market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Futuristic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-scale environments.
