Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performance team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Algorithm Optimization: Push the boundaries of current neural network architectures to achieve superior accuracy and inference speeds for real-time applications.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical roadmap and product vision for the 2026 release cycle.
- Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI models into existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and low latency.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
