Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Design and implement novel safety and alignment protocols to ensure AGI systems are robust, unbiased, and trustworthy.
- Architect high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling real-time, massive-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of ethicists, safety researchers, and product engineers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in prestigious AI conferences or holding patents in machine learning methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
