Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-ready innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 5-year impact
- Develop patent-protected innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Coordinate with UN innovation panels and national technology councils
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Spanish beneficial)
