Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for next-gen AI applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and high-performance cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
