Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructures that adhere to 2026 standards for performance, security, and efficiency.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in Generative AI and Agentic workflows, turning theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
- Optimize Model Performance: Reduce latency and increase throughput for large language models running on distributed edge networks.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, providing guidance and mentorship to junior and senior developers alike.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems comply with rigorous data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional system architectures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
