The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our proprietary AI models, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and ready for global deployment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design the long-term technical vision for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond the year 2026.
- Model Architecture: Lead the design and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and low-latency inference.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and safe.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Specialization: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
