Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical architecture for the Project 2026 core framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of advanced machine learning models, including NLP and predictive analytics.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Optimize data pipelines and model inference to ensure low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation protocols, and security best practices across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
