Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines and RAG architectures.
- Lead the architectural vision for autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.
- Optimize model inference performance for low-latency, high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model ethics, and responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Deep expertise in Transformers, GPT architectures, and instruction-tuning methodologies.
- Experience deploying LLMs at scale on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
